Terms of Service
I will not work on weekends.
A visual reference on hand is required.
The commission must be paid 100% upfront before I start working on it, no exceptions.
All payments will be received via PayPal only.
I don't do refunds, no exceptions.
Every piece can take around 2 weeks to one month to complete depending on the complexity.
All corrections and changes must be solicited during the sketch phase, I won't make any major changes once the lineart is done.
I won't accept any request if includes NSFW, kids, material I might find offensive or if I don't feel comfortable with it.
I will retain the copyright of the pieces.
These commissions are for personal use only.
I do NOT allow the use of any of the pieces for profit.
I do NOT allow the modification, edition or any other alterations of any of the pieces.
I do NOT allow the use of any of the pieces for AI training.
By commission me, you agree with all the points stated above.
Workflow
- Client submits the request.
- I will review it and if it gets accepted, I'll email back regarding their acceptance and will provide a Trello link where they can consult information about the current accepted commissions.
- The client will be added to a waitlist (which can be consulted on the same link).
- Once I get to the client's turn, I will email them again with the paymant invoice, and I'll start working once its paid.After I start working, I'll keep sending updates through each stage (general sketch, second pass sketch, lineart, flats, coloring and final revisions).
Revisions can only be made during the sketch stage, after that, I won't accept any major changes.
By the end of the process, the client will get a PNG file and any additional format they wish to have (transparent, no background, etc).

These are lined, fully colored and shaded and include a simple background (solid color, gradient, simple details, etc.). Full backgrounds require an individual quote, please include all the details you wish to add to the commission on your request.
